We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any automobile manufacturer, dealership, or financial institution. We strive to negotiate favorable pricing and terms; however, we do not guarantee specific results, pricing, vehicle availability, financing approval, or savings.

2. Client Responsibility
All final purchase decisions, financing agreements, and contractual obligations are solely between you and the selling dealership or lender. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all documents before signing.

3. Fees & Payments
Service fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to engagement. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability
WhiteGlove Negotiation is not liable for dealership actions, vehicle condition, financing outcomes, pricing changes, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your vehicle purchase.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of WhiteGlove Negotiation and may not be used without written permission.
